MJB Consulting is a trading name of Wading Herons Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13047531. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website.

What this site actually collects

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking, and has no forms that collect your information. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to share directly, for example by emailing murray@mjbconsulting.uk, or by using the LinkedIn or cal.com booking links, both of which are external services governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

What we do with it

If you email us or book a call, we use your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us solely to respond to you and progress that conversation. We don't use it for marketing, we don't sell or share it with third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond the purpose you contacted us for.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as reasonably needed to manage our correspondence or working relationship with you, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern directly with us at murray@mjbconsulting.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe we've handled your information improperly.
